About the studio

Developers build it. We make sure it's right.

A product studio working with founders, creators and business owners. Our engineers, designers and strategists scope, build, audit and monitor every job themselves — no layer of account managers in between. We've delivered a lot of projects, we keep plenty of sites, stores and apps running, and we ship our own AI products too — so the advice comes from having actually done it.

What that means in practice

Shipped

Lots of projects

Websites, apps, AI agents and search work delivered across the team.

Kept running

Under our care

SaaS tools, sites and stores we patch, monitor and update every month.

How it's delivered

Developer-led

Engineers, designers and strategists do the drafting, coding, auditing and monitoring — and review each other's work before it reaches you.

Every enquiry

Within 24 hours

A written answer from a person, not an autoresponder.

We don't publish project counts. A tally is easy to inflate and impossible for you to check — the live products on the work page are the version of this claim you can actually verify.

How this started

It started as one developer shipping AI products for creators — idea engines, script writers, thumbnail pipelines — and putting them live rather than pitching them. Several of those products are still running, and you can open them from the work page.

Clients started asking for the same things: build me this, then make it rank, then keep it alive. Doing all three properly is more than one person's job — so we hired: backend, AI engineering, search, design, support. One developer still owns each project end to end, and the rest of the team reviews what they ship.

Today that's a full team of specialists, clients across several countries, and plenty of sites, stores and apps under monthly care. What hasn't changed is the part that made the first clients stay: scope in writing, a staging URL you can click within days, and you own everything at the end.

The team

Not a freelancer with a plural pronoun.

Specialists across engineering, design, search and AI. Projects are staffed with the people the work actually needs — a search retainer doesn't get a mobile developer, and a mobile app doesn't get an SEO strategist billing hours to it.

Founder & Technical Lead

Mohit Kumar

Writes code on the harder builds, owns the architecture calls, and is on every scoping conversation. If you hire us, this is who you talk to — that hasn't changed just because the team grew.

Who works on your build

01

Product engineering

Next.js, TypeScript and React Native. The people who build the thing you actually see and use.

02

Backend & infrastructure

APIs, databases, queues, deploys and the monitoring that tells us something broke before you notice.

03

AI engineering

Pipelines, retrieval, evaluation and agent design. The discipline that separates a demo from something you'd let talk to a customer.

04

Search & growth

Technical SEO, content strategy and AI-search visibility. Ranking is engineering as much as it is writing.

05

Design

Interface and brand. Design happens in the browser against real content, not as a flat picture of a website.

06

QA & support

Testing before release, and the named people who answer when something goes wrong afterwards.

How the team is put together

A named lead on every project

One person owns your build end to end and is your single point of contact. No account manager relaying messages to people you never meet.

Staffed to the work, not to the invoice

You get the specialists your project needs and nobody else. We don't pad a team to justify a number.

The founder stays in the room

Architecture decisions, scoping calls and anything going wrong — Mohit is on it, on every project, regardless of size.

The case for us

Why clients pick us over an agency

01

You talk to the developers

Agencies put a layer of account and project managers between you and the people writing the code, then bill you for that layer. Here the developer who scopes your project builds it — so the price is a fraction, the first version arrives in days, and nothing gets lost on the way through.

02

Three jobs, one team

Most agencies build, or rank, or maintain. When those sit with three vendors, every problem becomes an argument about whose fault it is. Here it's one contract and one accountable team.

03

We ship our own products

We run SaaS products with real users and real churn. That means our advice on pricing, onboarding and retention comes from operating, not from a case study we read.

04

Prices are on the website

Every service has a public starting price, so you know roughly what you're in for before you speak to anyone. If you'd rather talk it through first, that's on offer too — it just isn't the only way to get a number.

05

You own all of it

Repository, domain, keys, accounts, data. Nothing is licensed back to you and nothing is hostage to our hosting. If we never speak again after launch, you lose nothing.

The stack

What builds run on

Chosen for shipping speed, running cost and the ability to hand it to another developer — not for novelty. Boring where boring wins, current where it counts.

Questions

About working with us.

Who actually does the work?

Developers on our team. One of them scopes your project, writes it and ships it, and a second engineer reviews everything before it reaches you — that is the whole chain, and there is no account manager in it. We use AI heavily as a tool, the way any serious team now does, and we also build and sell AI agents as a product. Neither of those means a machine delivering your project unsupervised. Our prices sit under agency rates because you are paying for the people building the thing and nothing else.

Who actually does the work?

a full team of specialists — engineers, designers, SEO strategists and AI developers — staffed to what your project needs. One named lead owns your build and is your point of contact, and the founder is on every scoping call and every architecture decision regardless of project size.

Do you work with businesses outside your country?

Yes — clients are spread across several countries and everything runs remotely. Scoping calls are booked in your timezone, and written updates mean you're never waiting on an overlap window to find out where things are.

Can you do SEO for a site you didn't build?

Yes, and that's most of the search work we do. There's an audit first so we know what we're working with, and where the fixes need developer time we can either hand your team specific tickets or implement them ourselves.

What is GEO, and is it different from SEO?

GEO — generative engine optimization — is being the source an AI assistant cites when someone asks about your category. It overlaps with SEO but isn't the same job: there's no page two inside ChatGPT or an AI Overview, so you're either quoted or you're absent. We work both, because your buyers use both.

What if it goes wrong?

You get told early. Every project has a written scope and a staging URL you can check yourself, so problems surface as visible slippage rather than as a surprise at the deadline. Where something is our error, we fix it at our cost — that's not a policy we advertise, it's just what the scope means.
