Which model do you use?

Whichever fits the job and the budget — Claude, GPT, Gemini, or an open model on your own infrastructure when data can't leave the building. We're not tied to a vendor, and we'll tell you when the cheaper model is genuinely good enough.

How do you stop it from making things up?

Retrieval so it answers from your documents rather than memory, structured outputs so the shape is enforced, explicit refusal paths for out-of-scope questions, and an evaluation set it has to pass before release. It won't be perfect — but it will be bounded, logged, and correctable.

What does it cost to run each month?

Model usage is yours and billed by the provider directly — typically tens to low hundreds of dollars for a business-scale agent. We set hard cost caps during the build and show you the per-conversation number before launch, so there are no surprise invoices.

Is my data used to train anything?

No. We use API endpoints with training disabled, and for sensitive work we'll run open models on infrastructure you own so nothing leaves your control at all.
