Do I own the code?

Completely. Repository, domain, keys, accounts and data are transferred to you at handover. Nothing is licensed back to you, and nothing runs on our infrastructure unless you specifically ask us to host it.

What if I don't have content or a brand yet?

We write the copy and design the brand — both are line items in this family. Waiting until you have "final content" is the single most common reason a site takes nine months instead of three weeks.

Can you take over a half-built project?

Usually. Send the repository and say where it stalled. Sometimes the honest answer is that a restart costs less than a rescue, and if so we'll show you the reasoning before you decide.

Which technology do you build on?

Next.js and TypeScript for web, React Native or Flutter for mobile, Postgres or Firebase for data, Stripe for payments, Vercel or your own cloud for hosting. Boring where boring wins, current where it counts — and always something another developer can pick up.
