For e-commerce & D2C

Faster store. Fewer abandoned carts.

Most e-commerce problems are not design problems. They're a slow product page on a mid-range phone, a checkout that loses people at step three, and analytics that can't tell you which of those is costing more.

Sound familiar

What usually brings people here.

01

Mobile is slow and it's costing you the sale

Your store is tested on a laptop over office wifi. Your customers are on a three-year-old Android on mobile data.

02

The theme has become a plugin stack

Every gap gets filled with another app, each one adding scripts, and the cumulative weight is the thing killing conversion.

03

You can't tell which channel actually made the money

Ad blockers, privacy changes and half-configured tracking mean attribution quietly stopped being trustworthy some time ago.

04

Product pages don't rank and don't show up in Shopping

Missing or invalid product schema keeps you out of the surfaces where people with money are already looking.

Our approach

What we'd actually do.

For brands selling physical products, in roughly this order.

  • 01Real-device performance work against Core Web Vitals, not lab scores
  • 02Checkout and product flows rebuilt around where people actually drop out
  • 03Product schema and merchant feeds done properly for Shopping and AI surfaces
  • 04Server-side tracking so attribution survives ad blockers and privacy rules
  • 05A care plan afterwards, because a store that breaks on a Saturday is lost revenue

Questions

E-commerce & D2C, answered.

Do we have to leave Shopify?

Almost never. Most of the gain is in performance, checkout flow and tracking — all of which we can do inside Shopify. We'll only suggest moving if the platform is genuinely the constraint.

Can you fix speed without a redesign?

Usually a lot of it, yes. Images, scripts, third-party tags and caching account for most of the problem, and none of those require touching the design.

What about our existing apps?

We audit what each one costs you in load time versus what it earns. Some are worth keeping, some are worth replacing with twenty lines of code, and some are just dead weight.
